Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers promptly and providing a welcoming showroom experience.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate flooring products, styles, and solutions.
• Present product features, benefits, warranties, and maintenance requirements.
• Prepare accurate price estimates, quotes, and sales orders.
• Maintain strong knowledge of product lines, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, LVT/LVP, tile, and area rugs.
• Assist customers with material selections, design coordination, and sample check-outs.
• Follow company procedures for sample handling, returns, and showroom organization.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM system.
• Achieving individual and team sales goals.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Keep the showroom clean, updated, and visually appealing.
